“This song is just 100% cool. The simplicity of it just amazes me.
It starts off with just chopped up high-pitched vocals. Then a beat comes in. Then the bass. Then you’re trapped.
You’re trapped in a mesmerizing atmosphere of layers and noise. Like the layers of a cake, the further you get into it, the sweeter it gets.

We Are Trees’ “Boyfriend” EP now available for pre-order

Hey Folks,

It took us a little bit of time to work out all the kinks and get everything in correctly, but we’re proud to announce pre-orders are now open for We Are Trees’ EP, “Boyfriend.” The official release date will be November 9th for the EP, but Digital Downloads are available immediately.

In other news, We Are Trees are scheduled to be play at CMJ Fest in New York City, October 19-23.  We’ll have more details on that soon, along with a handful of East Coast tour dates.

We appreciate everyone hanging in there with us while we got this rolling.  Major appreciation goes out to Jon, Joshua, Evan, and Catherina in helping out with all the little details. And of course, James. Thanks again for joining the “Collective Crowd.”
